Your ingredients. Global markets.
India produces some of the finest certified botanical ingredients in the world. The challenge is reaching the right buyers — in the right markets — with the right documentation and positioning. That's what Ayris Global does for its supplier partners.
Good producers deserve global reach
India has exceptional botanical producers. GMP-certified facilities. Organic-certified farms. Producers who have invested years in building quality systems, getting the right certifications, and perfecting their products. But too many of them remain invisible to the global buyers who would gladly source from them.
International buyers struggle to find reliable Indian suppliers. They don't know which certifications to trust. They can't evaluate producers remotely. They lack the on-ground knowledge to distinguish an exceptional facility from a mediocre one.
Ayris Global bridges that gap. We know the Indian botanical supply chain. We know which producers are worth representing. And we have the buyer relationships — across the EU, UK, USA, UAE/GCC, Japan, Korea, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Latin America — to put your ingredients in front of the right people.
What we look for in a supplier partner
We are selective. We represent producers whose quality and certification standards genuinely match what global buyers require. Here's what that looks like.
Verifiable certifications
GMP, ISO 22000, FSSAI as a minimum. Organic (NPOP/NOP), Halal, and Kosher are significant advantages. All certifications must be current, from recognised certifying bodies, and available for buyer review.
Third-party tested product
CoA from an accredited independent laboratory — covering active content, microbiological limits, heavy metals, and pesticide residues. Buyers in regulated markets will require this before any purchase decision.
Sample capability
Ability to dispatch samples promptly — within 5–7 working days of request. Samples should be accompanied by a full technical data sheet. Buyers make purchasing decisions based on sample evaluation.
Consistent supply
Ability to fulfil repeat orders at consistent quality across batches. International buyers build formulation programmes around their ingredient supply — supply chain reliability is non-negotiable for long-term partnerships.
Export experience or readiness
Experience with export documentation — or willingness to work with a clearing and forwarding agent. Phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and export compliance are prerequisites for international shipments.
Responsive communication
The ability to respond promptly to buyer queries — specifications, pricing, lead times, custom requirements. International buyers operate across time zones and expect timely, professional communication.
What Ayris Global brings to the partnership
Global buyer access
Direct access to qualified buyers across the EU, UK, USA, UAE/GCC, Japan, Korea, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Latin America — buyers who are actively looking for Indian botanical ingredients and have the procurement budget to act.
Market-matched positioning
We understand what each market needs — which certifications matter, which specifications are standard, how to frame Indian-origin ingredients for different buyer cultures. We position your products correctly for each market.
Documentation support
We help you ensure your documentation package meets the requirements of your target markets — and we communicate clearly with buyers about what is available and what can be obtained.
No upfront cost
We operate on a commission basis. We earn when you earn. There are no listing fees, no marketing charges, no upfront payments. Our incentive is entirely aligned with generating real commercial outcomes for you.
Serious buyer qualification
We don't send you tyre-kickers. Before we connect a buyer with a supplier, we qualify the enquiry — market, volume, specification, timeline, budget. The introductions we make are commercially meaningful.
Long-term relationship
We are building a portfolio of suppliers we can represent with confidence over years. We invest in understanding your product range, your capabilities, and your ambitions — and we grow with you.

How to become an Ayris Global supplier partner
We review every supplier enquiry personally. The process is straightforward — no lengthy forms, no upfront commitments. We start with a conversation, then move to product review if there's a fit.
Send us your product overview
Email us at partnerships@ayrisglobal.in with your product range, certifications held, and production capacity. A brief company profile and product list is enough to start.
We review and respond
We review every enquiry within 5 working days and respond with our honest assessment of fit. If we see potential, we'll schedule a call to understand your products and capabilities in more detail.
Product review and documentation check
We'll request samples and a full documentation package — CoA, certifications, specification sheets. We evaluate these against what our current buyers are looking for.
